14,080-acre owners-ranch (Homeowner’s Association) is seeking a motivated individual to provide leadership and direction. Must have a minimum of five years supervisory and managerial experience including understanding of budget principles and Reserve funding. Prefer CACM certified individual or other HOA certification organization. Must pass a background check and a required drug test. Salary will be based on knowledge and experience.
