The Regional Manager of Community Services is the leader and supervisor of our team of Portfolio Managers in our San Francisco Regional office. This role reports to the Vice President of Urban Management. In this role you will mentor current team members and guide them to success with their associations. Responsible for overall satisfaction of services and support that is provided to communities as assigned. This is to include keeping a very close pulse on the performance of each staff member to assure that they meet or exceed the expectations, legal guidelines and requirements for each association. This will also include employee compliance with the established company policies and procedures. Build a solid relationship and frequent interaction with board members and internal clients to monitor performance and satisfaction. To nurture their staff to excel, expand and be productive.Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of HOA management experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing employees
